JudithAs a woman in her mid-fifties I have very particular requirements when it
comes to a personal trainer. I need someone who: Understands that I am not a twenty-five year old Pushes me to my limits – but not over it Keeps me interested by doing new and beneficial & interesting exercise. Takes into account any aches and pains that I might have at any given time, and coaches me on specific exercises to help with these. Makes sure that I do a wide variety of exercises using all muscle groups and incorporate core conditioning helping with my posture. Coaches me on nutrition to keep my awareness on foods that effect my energy. Is respectful. In all of these things William Cadwallender has proved to be exceptional. I always come away from my personal training sessions feeling that I have exercised hard but within my limits so that i feel good but not drained and come away enjoying myself. William Cadwallender may be young but he has a very wise head on his shoulders and I recommend him highly as someone who will work with you on your fitness journey. RichardI have trained with William Cadwallender now for over twelve months and have benfited enormously from William's insight into exercise & nutrition, The personal training he has provided to me has given me a leaner, stronger and much more defined physique and a result i feel great and my freinds tell me i am looking great! His personal training methods provide vigour through variety and the results speak for themselves!
EmmaWilliam Cadwallender is not your typical personal trainer, he is the type of personal trainer that entirely focuses on you. I've had a few personal trainers before, however William is different as he is extremely attentive throughout the entire workout, helping me to get the most customised programme i can, he is really dedicated to his professionalism.
I personally believe William is un matched because of his combination of knowledge & analytical style. I absolutely appreciate Williams' dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals, keeping me interested & motivated. If you are thinking about personal training with a professional i highly recommend William Cadwallender. |
BraamI am 39 now and hold a full-on global role that frequently reaches well beyond the normal office hours, often travelling overseas which makes it difficult to build a regular fitness training schedule and often causing many stresses. In my remaining time I try to stay focused on a mini-triathlon or other corporate fitness events.
In going to a personal trainer I did not expect advice on improving sleep and methods of relaxation, William all so identified food sensitivties i didn't know i had that had been causing me physical pain his advice in these areas has contributed to my improvement in dealing with my physical & mental & nutritional stresses. As William has taught me stress is a collective of stresses, whether they be emotional-nutritional-physical-mental-chemical they all equate as a whole, and can effect you in many ways, weight gain in my case, learning to manage these has been beneficial to my health. In terms of actual exercise, my fitness, stamina and strength have all improved, which I have noticed in my running or mini triathlon participation. William not only worked with me on strength and conditioning exercises, he also gave me support with flexibility and Injury prevention advice, which helped me finish the Sydney half marathon twice and have recently completed the Mooloolaba triathlon. DanielBefore I started working with William, I had shoulder pain, stomach indigestion and sleep problems, which were reducing the effectiveness of my exercise regime.
William has taught me how to do extensive muscle stretching to alleviate chronic tension-pain and an array of exercises to strengthen weakness in my postural system, which by my surprise helped my shoulder pain and now these have now become part of my exercise regime. He has also introduced changes to my diet and lifestyle that have helped improve my digestion and have a better night’s sleep. Williams great strength which distinguishes him from a lot of other personal trainers is that he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of physiology, health and nutrition which he uses to aid his clients to improve their health and wellbeing in so many ways. He has a wide range of clients with different needs and goals which they want to achieve and he helps them achieve those goals. William is certainly not a “meathead” personal trainer and I say that as a compliment. I also am happy to say William is a good mate of mine. He has made a positive difference to my life. |
