How do i start?Your first session is free for November and December. All you have to do is contact me. I can then confirm your available spot at Scarborough Group Fitness for your first session, Scarborough Group Fitness is space dependant with a maximum of 12 people and once a group is filled the time slot is closed. (no longer will you get lost in the crowd) All you need to do is turn up ready to train, 5 minutes before the time slot start.
You will be met by myself who will introduce you to your unique group of exercise partners, These partners all have different maybe similar goals and aims but will be a supportive aspect in attaining yours. I welcome a supportive and friendly atmosphere, sessions runs for 60min but allow yourself over an hour as i like to let you mingle and create a strong united community. Have friends you think are interested?Have a few friends who you want to train with you? I can find you and your friend availability in a current group and make new friends.
