The physical assessment will be conducted face to face whilst the nutrition and lifestyle assessments will be addressed by questionaire to be filled in.
Depending on your postural, physical, movement, nutritional and lifestyle assessment results, your goals and needs, William will design a program for you that may vary from being a corrective exercise program addressing pain and underlying causes of dysfunction to one of general conditioning, weight loss or sports performance.
