How to start?
Mothers enquire about pre & post natal exercise by contacting and planning a consultation with William.
Your first session is on me & when you join the Immersion of Balance .

Ensure that you show up at least 10 minutes prior to the start time for your first class to meet the instructor, complete your Pre Activity Questionaire (if you havnt' already done so) and to go over any questions or concerns.
When can i start?
You must have medical clearance from your doctor to participate in physical activity, which can be discussed at your 6 week postpartum checkup.
Ladies that have had a C - section must be at least 8 weeks postpartum.
